Ross Stephenson Class: Mindfulness Meditation Having discovered meditation and Chinese Medicine whilst living in San Francisco at the end of the 1990's, Ross punctuated his career in the music industry with meditation practice in Buddhist monastaries around the world. Whilst on a Vipassana retreat in Nepal, he made a connection between the mind / body relationship experienced during meditation, and the Chinese Medical understanding of health and illness. The energetic maps of the body which had so fascinated him in books, began to show themselves in his own direct experience.
It was this realisation that lead Ross to find an assistants position in a Chinese Medicine shop in London's Charring cross, into a Bsc Degree in Acupuncture, a 5 year clinical apprenticeship, and eventually to Ibiza where he provides Acupuncture treatment and Meditation courses from his peaceful forest Casita near San lorenzo.
Rebecca Castella Class: Buddhist Somatic Meditation. Rebeca has studied and practiced meditation and Buddhism since 2004. Her main teacher is Dr. Reggie Ray. She’s a trained meditation instructor in his lineage since 2008. The practices that she’s deeply connected with are the one’s she is now teaching: “Meditating with the Body”. She grew up in Spain and Sweden, studied Business and worked in Marketing in corporate, start-ups and non-profits. She most recently lived in Colorado for eight years and has been a "luxurious nomad” for the past three. She has recently moved “to settle” with her husband Braddon in Ibiza.
