Arunji Class: 8 Indians Arunji has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 15. He is the originator of the renowned PrajnaYoga method that is increasingly inspiring the next generation of teachers and students. He will be teaching the ever popular 8 Indians sequence at Healing Day and giving away free copies of the 8 Indians book. Arunji lives on The Organic Farm in Ibiza where he teaches and hosts yoga and Tai Chi retreats each summer.
Victoria Cosmic Class: Kundalini Victoria has healed herself through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and Holistic Lifestyle. It is now her calling to pass on this wisdom to others. Her classes are set with intention to awaken the light inside of you to allow you to open up and shine. She has helped hundreds of people step into the awareness of their true self.
Kate Gardner Class: Yoga Pilates Fusion Kates' YogaPilates Fusion class blends Vinyasa/Hatha and Pilates core. For her this is the perfect blend. She focuses on breath and spirituality using Sanskrit. Heat is created in the body through a standing flow practise then coming to the floor and spending time really activating & focusing on the core. Finally it finishes with lovely relaxing Yoga asana to relax & renew the body and a short neck & shoulder massage (Kate is also a qualified massage therapist) and offers an inhalation on her wonderful relaxing oil.
Iuri Nencioni Class: Yin Yoga Iuri has been a passionate yoga practitioner and therapist since 2005. Specializing in ancient healing traditions and massages from wandering shamans from India, China, Tibet, Bali he has been trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Natha Yoga, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga. Iuri's goal in Yoga teaching is to touch people’s heart and make that one class a wonderful life changing opportunity to start believing that your life is far more than what you ever thought it was.
Lisa Shaw Class: Vinyasa Flow With over 10 years experience behind her, Lisa has completed a diploma in contemporary dance, and trained with some of Europe's most successful dance companies. Compiling many styles over the years, Lisa has an extensive background in choreography, teaching of all ages and abilities, self performance world wide and competitions. In 2014 Lisa completed a diploma in Yoga Teacher Training at the renowned Yoga London, where the course compiled of Ayurvedic understanding, meditation, in depth full body anatomy and pregnancy. Lisa offers many styles of yoga from Vinyasa, Restorative, hot/power yoga, and yoga to beats.
Emily Love Class: Ashtanga Vinyasa Emily has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, however her yoga journey truly began in 2011 through the help of a health related illness. With the desire to continue with physical exercise to strengthen the body yet calm the mind Emily reconnected with yoga as a form of medicine. She followed her heart and travelled to India to study yoga where she became a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher. It has always been a dream for Emily to travel and share her passions through her work, she is now doing so by helping others reconnect and find inner peace through the form of yoga and meditation.
Wouter Smit & Laura Tabrizi Class: Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga Certified yoga teachers Wouter Smit and Laura Tabrizi were both teaching Vinyasa yoga for 5 years in Amsterdam before starting the yoga platform: The Mountain Ibiza three years ago. Under this name they offer yoga-retreats and long yoga-weekends in nature as well as private yoga classes in the comfort of your own home.
